Lake Fork Fun

Saturday the 9th of May we traveled to the Lake Fork Canyon, where the flow was a big and brown 1100 cfs. Paul and I headed out together, and met up with a guy from CB named Phil, who uses a large and intense riverboard rather than a conventional boat. It's a new way of approaching the river, and the guy has a big set of cajones for doing it! It's pretty fun watching him do his thing, as you will see in the video, he makes it look so fun and easy. The flow was rather pushy at this level and the water was a bit cold, but overall this run is a blast and I can't wait to go back!
